Explain the Condition Found Under Old Finishes
If removal reveals damage, we explain it and discuss the necessary repair before an additional task proceeds. We do not cover a new finding without agreeing what happens next.
Complete and Check the Bathroom
We check the fitted products, drainage and agreed finishes and explain relevant controls and care. Access, deliveries and interruptions to bathroom use are discussed before fitting arrangements are agreed.
